In 2003, after restructuring, it was renamed Guangdong new house architectural design Co., Ltd. The design company now has class a design qualification for Construction Engineering in the construction industry (Certificate No.: a244073192), focusing on planning and design, civil architectural design, industrial architectural design, building information model (BIM) design, green building design, interior decoration design and garden and forest landscape design. It has full professional design ability and general contracting (EPC) qualification for construction engineering. The scope of new house design and research covers preliminary planning, architectural planning and design, Rural Revitalization cultural and tourism planning, landscape planning and design, industrial architectural design, civil architectural design, building information model (BIM) design, urban renewal and old transformation design, interior decoration assembly research and design, etc. The core components of new house design include chief engineer's office, Architectural Design Institute, structural design institute, Electromechanical Design Institute, interior design institute, Landscape Design Institute, BIM design and Research Center, decoration and assembly center, as well as Cambodia branch, Beijing Branch and other local offices.
